• We will send you Medical test appointment if the dependents are above 18
• Submit for Emirates ID & Residency

• Passport Validity must be minimum 6 month
• Personal Picture has to be as per the following specification , More Info
• Accepted file format: PDF,JPEG, PNG
• Lease Contract has to be attested by: Tawtheeq/Ejari, More Info
• ICA Account Credential
• To obtain a copy of Health Insurance card from the Insurance company 
• IF the dependents is 15 years old – they must do a biometric for Emirates ID

ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS:

If Mother is sponsor 

• No objection letter from Father or Court Letter
• (If daughter above 18), Single Status Undertaking
• (If Son above 18)- University letter stating that he is a student
• Submit a humanitarian case request
• A bank guarantee of (2500 dirhams)
